How we handle data when you use this site and fill in the membership form.

Data collected
The membership form collects the data you enter: name, email and, depending on the Chamber you choose, other fields such as city, profession, organization, humanoid model and your motivation. We also record the date and time of the request.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used only to answer your membership request. The processing is based on the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not sell or pass the data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Who can see the data
Requests can only be viewed by the association’s management, through a password-protected area. No email is sent automatically.
Retention
Requests are kept for as long as needed to manage the membership and are deleted when no longer needed. You can ask for deletion or correction by writing to [email protected].
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no profiling cookies and no traffic analytics tools. The browser only keeps a session setting for the opening presentation, which is not sent to anyone.
Hosting
The site and the request storage are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which may process technical connection data, such as the IP address, under its own privacy notice.
